Madison, IN had a severe hail storm that damaged a lot of homes. Our customer was nervous his insurance company would not approve the hail damage claim because there were some issues with his roof previously. However, with North American Contractors help, everything went smoothly and he was approved for a full roof replacement. The replacement shingles he chose were GAF Timberline HD Shingles (color: Shakewood). The homeowner was delighted with the finished roof replacement!

This home was heavily damaged after a hail storm that produced hail as large as 3". This homeowner quickly realized he needed to contact the insurance company to have a roof replacement approved. While he was still deciding on which company to use to help him with his claim, he turned to his insurance agent for advice. Our team was happy to help and after approval we got right to work on the roof replacement. The shingles we installed were Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingle. The homeowner was delighted with the results!

Our customer in Elwood, IN had significant hail damage from a recent hail storm. During the initial inspection, our team was confident the aluminum siding had been discontinued. Following the insurance company's protocol, we ordered a sample of siding that they thought might be a match. Once the sample came in, we were able to compare it to the current siding, take photos and submit them to the insurance company to prove a full siding replacement was necessary. After review, the insurance company did approve a full siding and roof replacement! Our customers were thrilled with the dedication and length we went to in order to get their siding replacement approved.
