Lebanon Shingle Roof Replacement & Vinyl Siding Installation

Our customer in Lebanon, IN had already filed their claim with their insurance company knowing they had hail damage. They were just trying to find the right contractor to help them with the roof replacement. NAC was able to step right in where the homeowner left off and was able to work with the insurance company to get everything approved.

We met with Judy shortly after the hail had damaged her home in Lebanon. Even though her husband wasn't home, she allowed us to inspect her roof and siding for potential damage. She didn't know what to expect at this point. We found damage to her roof and part of her siding. We were able to sit down and show her the pictures we took showing her the damage. We informed Judy the damage was significant enough, that in our professional opinion, she should speak with her insurance agent and file a claim. She mentioned her husband would be home in a few hours and asked if we would be able to come back and meet with both of them. Later that evening, we were able to meet with Judy and her husband to explain how NAC can help and answered any questions they had. 

While we were confident in the roof damage, there was only partial damage to their siding. However, with working along side the insurance adjuster, we were able to submit the proper paperwork and reports allowing the insurance company to approve a full siding replacement in addition to the roof. The homeowners were extremely happy that everything was being covered and the work began. NAC installed a GAF Timberline shingle (color: Shakewood) and Mastic Ovation vinyl siding (color: Classic Cream).

This is how NAC makes a difference! Our customer in Lebanon had hail damage to his home from a recent storm. During the initial inspection, the adjuster documented damage to half of the roof even though there were two layers already there. Josh, our sales manager, called the adjuster and spoke to him about the initial report. The adjuster advised Josh to document why he felt the entire roof needed to be replaced and that he would look over his case. Josh went back to the house, took additional photos and documentation and submitted the new report to the adjuster. After leaving several messages for the adjuster, Josh finally received confirmation that the entire roof will be approved for replacement. Our homeowners was thrilled. Without the help of NAC and Josh, he would have been left with paying for half of his roof out of packet!
