Our customer in Beech Grove reached out to us after a mailing we had sent to the area regarding the hail storm that his their area last year. With most insurance companies, you have 1 year to file a claim from the date of the storm. Knowing that her deadline was approaching, Kerry asked for us to come out and just see if she had damage. After the initial inspection, we did find enough damage to warrant a claim. At first, her insurance company approved her roof and one elevation of siding. With the help of Tom and NAC, we were able to provide the proper documentation that the current siding was discontinued and was able to get the entire house approved for new siding.

Our customer in Beech Grove contacted us to help them get their home ready to sell. They had some updates they were wanting to do prior to putting their home on the market. During our initial inspection, we noticed there was previous hail damage that needed attention. After sitting down with the homeowners and discussing their options, they decided to file a claim with their insurance company. The current siding on their home later came back as discontinued, so Josh was able to work with the insurance company to approve a full replacement. With a new roof, siding and gutters, they were ready to sell their home and the new homeowners are able to enjoy the new exterior of their home. NAC installed a GAF Timberline Shingle (color: Weathered Wood) and Mastic Vinyl Siding (color: Sandstone).

Our customer in Carmel, IN was advised by his realtor to replace his roof and gutters to help him sell him home. We were able to work with him on a tight schedule to make sure his roof was replaced quickly. Within a couple weeks, his home was listed and ready for its new owner! Our homeowner also purchased a GAF Systems Plus Warranty to protect the new roof. The Systems Plus warranty is transferable one time to the new homeowners, so they can rest assured the work and craftsmanship will be protected thanks to our customer. It is highly recommended to replace your skylights when you are replacing your roof. Our homeowner is very happy we made that recommendation! She won't have to worry about leaks anymore and her replacement roof and skylights look great!

Our customer sustained damage to their roof, siding and gutters during a storm. During the initial inspection, the homeowner also informed us she had a crack in her living room ceiling that was leaking. While waiting on the job to begin, we went ahead and made some small repairs to the chimney in order to stop the leak and causing more damage to her home. NAC installed the GAF Timberline shingle with Mastic Eclipse siding. Once the install was complete, the homeowner did call back in letting us know that her back porch light had not been working since the install. Luckily, it was just a timing issue with the bulb and we were able to replace that for her as well.
