An absolutely wonderful crew that did an outstanding job on our roof. They worked quickly and efficiently, and managed to keep our yard and our neighbors' yards clean in spite of windy conditions!

A representative came to my door. I am normally very leery of that, but North American proved to be a valuable partner in repairing my storm damage and working with my insurance company.

Josh Timm, NAC Coordinator, did an excellent job explaining the repairs that were required for re-shingling our roof! He responded promptly and made a thorough inspection. We were provided a detailed estimate, aerial photographs, and a thorough explanation NAC's qualifications and services. Warranty, licensing, bonding and insurance information were reviewed, and a completion date was established. The contract proposal was the best we have ever received for this type of work.
Josh closely monitored the roof work and the installers were very courteous and capable. The shingle installation was followed by a meticulous cleaning of the area! The job was completed in a couple of days! We were impressed by NAC's policy of providing a lien waiver upon final payment and that they were one of only a few companies designated as a GAF Master Elite Roofing Contractor!

We just had our roof finished and have to say working with Matt Southard from North American Contractors has been great! He handled all contact with the Insurance company, has been very involved from the beginning, has been very prompt in service and the roof looks great! Everyone we worked with at North American Contractors has been great. And the roofers even cleaned up our yard and sidewalks very thoroughly. Great company, great work!
