Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

One of our very own NAC employees referred this client in Muncie to us for a roof replacement. The home's roof was very old and showed extensive signs of aging along with wind damage. NAC's Roofing veteran Josh Timm headed up this roof replacement project. 

We received a call from a local State Farm agent on behalf of his client stating, she was experiencing a roof leak and would like a trustworthy contractor to take a look at it. Inspector Josh Timm was dispatched to the property. While inspecting the roof he notated quite a bit of hail damage along with age related damage to the Art-Loc shingles. Josh advocated for the client with the insurance company by providing adequate reports documenting the damage he observed during his inspection. Ultimately he was able to have the roof, and vinyl siding,  fully replaced thru her home owner's insurance.

We were lucky enough to be selected as the contractor for rehab on a parapet wall for a home located in the heart of Madison. This West 2nd Street home has many authentic historical facets that make the home stand out. The repair and addition of this copper parapet wall adds so much charm! 

One of our local property management companies reached out to us after their tenant reported a tree limb had fallen on the shingle roof of the home. The limb had fallen hard enough on the roof to create a hole. Thus warranting us to tarp the roof in an effort to help mitigate further damage. Our inspector found signs of wind and hail damage on the shingle roof while assessing the fallen tree limb damage. He was able to work alongside the property management company, the tenant and the homeowner to have the insurance company not only replace the main house roof but the detached garage roof as well. 

Our customer was referred to us after high winds blew off shingles on her roof. She had already filed her claim when she was informed she should contact North American Contractors to help with the claim process. Josh was able to help her navigate the claim process and North American installed a new roof and gutters.
