Much Needed Roofing Update in Indianapolis, IN

This project was a special one. The property manager contacted us due to a small pergola roof that was leaking. The roof leak was over the entry way to the home. The original homeowner built the pergola at the entry and decided to put a fiberglass roof over it. Unfortunately, this type of roof isn't durable or able to stand up to the test of time. When our inspector checked out the roof it was brittle to the touch. He determined the best method of action was to completely replace the roof over the pergola. Since this wasn't a typical roof, we customized a roll roof to fit the needed area. This upgrade has really updated the home's curb appeal while mitigating a leak at the same time.
