Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Our customer owns several rental properties around the Indianapolis area. She was concerned about potential damage after some severe weather in the area. After inspecting the roof we suggested she pursue a claim with her insurance company. The roof was approved by the insurance adjuster and NAC was able to get to work. We quickly installed a beautiful replacement roof and the customer was delighted with the results.

Our very own Administrative Assitance Alicia received a call from her close friend Cheyenne, stating she noticed some shingles missing from their roof after a storm. She knew right away to call Alicia and have NAC evaluate the damage done to their shingle roof. Josh Timm inspected the roof and confirmed there was enough storm damage to warrant filing an insurance claim. The following week Josh met with the insurance adjuster, advocating for Cheyenne to ensure everything damaged is covered in the claim report. The roof was approved for replacement a few weeks later. Cheyenne is planning on selling her house this year, and a new roof is going to help the value of her home and appeal to potential buyers.  

Our customer had a long journey with us. It started when she ran into difficulty with her insurance company regarding the leak she had in her roof. North American Contractors and the insurance company were not in complete agreement on the condition of her home. NAC recommended a third party be involved to help with her claim process. After several months of negotiating, we finally received the approval to replace our customer's roof and fix the interior damage. Our customer was relieved to have a contractor stick with her and fight for her best interest. She also delighted at the quality of the roof replacement!

This project was a special one. The property manager contacted us due to a small pergola roof that was leaking. The roof leak was over the entry way to the home. The original homeowner built the pergola at the entry and decided to put a fiberglass roof over it. Unfortunately, this type of roof isn't durable or able to stand up to the test of time. When our inspector checked out the roof it was brittle to the touch. He determined the best method of action was to completely replace the roof over the pergola. Since this wasn't a typical roof, we customized a roll roof to fit the needed area. This upgrade has really updated the home's curb appeal while mitigating a leak at the same time. 

Our customer was looking for an experienced contractor to help him with his roof replacement. He found NAC through GAF, the largest shingle manufacturer.
