outstanding job done replacing our roof. From our very first meeting when you and Rob came to
gather information to prepare an estimate you have made certain that everyone of our questions
were answered and any of our concerns dealt with. We felt the estimate was clear, explained
every step and was a fair price.
All of the roofing materials were delivered as promised the day before the installation and you
personally stopped by to make certain everything was in place and ready for the next day. The
roofing crew arrived at the exact time we were given and worked tirelessly throughout the day
to complete the project in a single day. The crew was very professional. It was amazing to see ten
workers on the roof at one time and it was obvious they were a well-oiled team. When they left
after a long day the only evidence left behind was a perfect new roof. They cleaned up every bit
of debris and considering the mess caused by removing the old roof and vents there was ample
opportunity to leave debris.
It was comforting to have you stop by a couple of times throughout the day to check on the
progress and then you followed up with us the next day to make certain we were satisfied with
