Executive
Brent Stephenson is the founder and CEO of North American Contractors. He and his wife Jan work together and live in Indianapolis. Together they have 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren.
Jan Stephenson is one of the owners and the President of North American Contractors, Inc. Her ownership of the company qualifies the company to be a “Woman Business Enterprise”. She has been actively involved in the company since 2008. Prior to 2008, she was involved in growing another family-owned business serving the dental industry.
Sales
Rob resides in Nineveh, Indiana. He was born in Kentucky, but they moved to Indiana where he spent the majority of his life growing up. After college, he returned to Kentucky for a short period of time and now resides in Indiana.
Josh Timm
Sales Associate and Sales Trainer
Josh has been assisting homeowners with their home improvement projects since 2012. Whether it is an insurance claim or a home remodeling project, he is equipped with the many years of experience necessary to provide the highest-quality service NAC clients are looking for.
Joe is a sales associate for North American Contractors. He has been with the company since 2015. Joe has an extensive background in sales, customer service, and management that helps him succeed in this industry. His attention to detail is second to none! He loves the fact that in this industry, every day and every situation is different.
Clint is a sales associate for North American Contractors. He comes to us with over 15 years of experience in customer service. His background and skill set allows him to provide top-level customer service to each of his clients. Clint prides himself on being able to present his clients with every tool they may need, as well as understanding every option, in making important decisions about their home.

Barbara Patterson
Field Marketing
Barbara, sister to NAC President Jan Stephenson, is involved in our field marketing department. She enjoys venturing out into the field, meeting and assisting people who are experiencing storm damage to their homes with free inspections. She never meets a stranger!
A “South-Sider” all her life, Sara was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She currently resides in Wanamaker, a suburb of Indy. She graduated from Franklin Central HS and attended college at Ivy Tech in Indianapolis. She has worked for North American Contractors since its humble beginnings in the downstairs bedroom of her parent’s home.
Alex is a marketing assistant for North American Contractors and joined our team in 2025. Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, she relocated to Indianapolis after graduating from Ball State University. Having over ten years of experience in customer service and hospitality, her skills allow her to find creative ways to serve people.
