Challenge
This client already had multiple temporary repairs done to the roof previously, and knew the time on those were running out. She needed a new roof but didn't have the finances to replace her 20+ year old roof.
Solution
We inspected the home for possible storm damage, but found none. It's was just typical wear and tear on an old roof. We offered our client a financing option and she was elated we had the ability to replace her roof with a monthly payment. She was quickly approved and production on her new roof commenced immediately. The roof was completed just in time for our first snowfall of the year!
